Peggy is a partner of Leaf. She has worked with both Chinese and international law firms. She assisted many funds and corporate clients in their M&A, restructuring and divestment transactions, including several anti-trust cases on China market. She is regularly representing foreign parties in negotiations for acquisitions of targets in China, including with private and public partners. Before joining Leaf, Peggy was seated on the Commercial Dispute Settlement Committee of Shanghai Bar Association and has represented clients settling multiple commercial disputes through negotiations, litigation or arbitration proceedings.
