Leaf has assisted GL events to take control of ZhongZhiXing Group
Leaf has been appointed counsel by GL events to assist the French listed company in their acquisitions previously announced in China. Recently, our firm has assisted GL events to take control of ZZX capital, a provider of event engineering and logistics and general contracting services for exhibition organizers and a manufacturer of stands for exhibitors.
GL events is an international integrated company of events engaged in the following three business sectors: (1) service providing for sports events, exhibitions, conferences and corporate events (GL events Live), (2) exhibitions, conferences and events planning (GL events exhibitions), and (3) management of worldwide event venues including congress centers and exhibition centers (GL events venues).
Leaf has assisted GL events in their Chinese transactions in collaboration with the team of GL events for the legal due diligence, the structuring, the negotiations and the drafting of transaction documentation.
