Gregory Louvel joined Leaf as a partner in early 2015 and has focused his practice on leading cross-border mergers and acquisitions for both international and Chinese clients. He has over 15 years of experience working with businesses in Asia, has facilitated deals collectively worth over 10 billion USD, and handled over 150 M&A and fundraising transactions. His extensive involvement in these areas and specific expertise handling cross-border negotiations with and for State Owner Actors has given him unique insight into Asian business practices and the booming local technology market. Throughout his career, Gregory has also resolved complex litigation throughout several jurisdictions and is a pioneer in the fields of compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and export control regulations in Asia.
