Exit Strategy in the Aviation Business in China

Leaf Team has negotiated the forced exit from a joint venture of a foreign investor with a PRC industrial company operating in the air transportation business after the exercise of a deadlock clause. The scope of the assistance includes the assistance of the client with the regulations and practice of the CAAC in China as well as the negotiations in Chinese with the Chinese partner. Leaf Team has also assisted the client in the structuring and corporate implementation of the deal which includes operations in China and in different countries overseas.
