Equity Deal in China in the raw material industry

Leaf team members have assisted a German manufacturer of copper products for the simultaneous purchase of equity interests in three PRC companies; establishment of three JV companies with call options of the equity interest held by the Chinese partners (structuring options, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of project documents).
