Acquisition of a Fashion Exhibition in China

Leaf has assisted GL events for the acquisition of Fashion exhibitions in South China.

Leaf has assisted GL events to acquire the control of such company operating a famous bi-annual Fashion exhibition. The management team will remain the partner of GL events in this sino-foreign joint venture. This operation has been approved by the Chinese authorities.

Leaf has assisted GL events in their Chinese transactions in collaboration with the team of GL events for the legal due diligence, the structuring, the negotiations and the drafting of transaction documentation. Leaf has also liaise with the authorities to complete all the necessary administrative formalities and filings.
