Leaf is pleased to announce that Peggy Wu, Jane Zhu, and Tong Liu have recently joined the firm.
Ms. Wu joins the firm as Of – Counsel. She will concentrate her practice in M&A and Private Equity.
Prior to joining Leaf, Ms. Wu worked as a senior lawyer at Dentons Law Offices in Shanghai and Bao Rui Legal for many years.
During her career, Ms. Wu has gained strong experience on acquisition deals including several anti-trust cases on China market.
A testament to a decade of impressive work in Dispute Settlement, Ms. Wu is a member of the Commerce Dispute Settlement Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
Jane Zhu recently joined the firm as well as a new associate. She holds a Bachelor in Law degree from a top law school in China. Ms. Zhu has almost eight years of working experience with a focus on general corporate law, M&A, FDI, and compliance law. Her past roles show her international employment background. She has worked for several international law firms including UK-based firms Simmons & Simmons and Stephenson Harwood.
Liu Tong just joined the firm as a junior associate. She very recently graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China and holds her Chinese bar since 2014.
