M&A in the Pharmaceutical business in China

Leaf team has delt with the transfer of equity interests and the implementing of call-options on behalf of a leading european vaccin producer in China. Leaf team has also organized the exit of minority partners and management of a Chinese partner in a joint venture producing drugs in China.
